Kraft Originals Delivery and Returns


Delivery to UK mainland is free of charge for orders made on our online shop. International delivery charges apply and will be calculated on checkout. 

Orders placed before 2pm will be despatched the same day for next working day delivery.

Your tracking information will be provided by email when the order is despatched.

If your order is not recieved as stated please let us know immediately.


Delivery lead times for our bespoke products will be informed by your account manager.

Delivery costs for most products is free of charge but where costs to apply, they will be confirmed by your account manager.


If you wish to cancel an order you must inform us in writing as soon as possible by sending an email to with a Subject heading of “Order Cancellation”. Please include your Order ID number in this email.

If we receive your order cancellation instruction before we have dispatched the goods to you, you shall be entitled to a full refund of the total order price minus the transaction fee we have incurred when we processed your payment. This transaction fee is typically around 3% of the total order price, though this figure is subject to change without notice and we cannot guarantee what this figure will be prior to receiving any individual order. The refund payment will be made in accordance with the Refunds section below.

If we receive your order cancellation after we have dispatched your goods to you, then you may no longer cancel your order. However, you are entitled to return the goods to us in accordance with the Returns section below.


Bespoke orders are non refundable from the point of order, however please see our returns section below if you have a problem with your order.


In the event of a problem, defect, or mistake with an order, please contact us immediately.

The customer must obtain prior authorisation from Kraft Originals. to return defective parts and mistaken orders, or to have repairs performed by non-Kraft Originals personnel.

Where the customer returns a product in contravention of the CONSUMABLE PRODUCT RETURNS POLICY and/or where the customer has no other legal right to return a product:

(a) Kraft Originals will not refund or exchange the product;

(b) Kraft Originals may retain the returned product until the customer pays such additional amount as the company deems appropriate for re-delivery of the returned product.


Where the customer has no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then the customer will nonetheless be entitled to return consumable products* to Kraft Originals where:

(a) Kraft Originals receives the returned product within 30 days following the date of shipment of the product;

(b) the returned product is unused; in its original, unopened packaging; with any seal or shrink-wrap intact; with any labels still attached; and otherwise in a condition enabling Kraft Originals to sell the product as new.

(c) the customer has obtained prior authorisation from Kraft Originals to return the product.

Kraft Originals will give the customer a refund for the full price of any product properly returned in accordance with the terms of this returns policy, not including the original delivery charges, or the costs incurred by the customer in returning the product.

* ‘consumable products’ refers to products ordered on our online shop.
